In addition, for his charitable efforts the same magazine named him the Person of the Year in 2005. In 2006 the businessman and philanthropist decided to switch to part-time work at Microsoft and focus more on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Focusing on his anti-poverty efforts, Gates said that every country needs help, even the one that suffers from high level of corruption. A lot of people, especially the company's employees believe that Gates is Microsoft.
